Role of Careerforce Workplace Advisors

• Working with the service provider to embed the training infrastructure including training policies, training plan etc into the everyday systems of the organisation
• Providing support until the service provider is able to undertake ongoing training to Foundations level
• Provide monthly or sooner if required, progress reports to the service provider
• Support the service provider to develop their ability to deliver workplace learning and verification
• Support workplace verifiers and assessors
• Support the organisation in meeting its moderation requirements
