Purpose:
This policy details the principles and responsibilities of assessors conducting assessments against the unit standards for which Careerforce has responsibility

Appeal of assessment decisions policy

Purpose:

This policy provides to any person who is not satisfied with the outcome of an assessment made by a Careerforce workplace or roving assessor a formal appeal of their grievance. It details the grounds on which the appeal can be made, the procedure for lodging an appeal and the responsibilities of Careerforce in addressing the appeal.
